Brownie Truffle Tort
Vanilla bean gelato sandwiched between two delicious layers of brownies, topped with a rich chocolate fudge frosting and finished with fudge rosettes.

Caramel Pecan
Oreo cookie and pecan crust filled with a layer of rich chocolate fudge, followed by Butter Pecan gelato, drizzled with chocolate and caramel fudge and accented with creamy rosettes.

    Gelati Celesti offers a sumptuous selection of Sorbetto Filled Fresh Fruit.   We have taken fresh Pineapples, Coconuts, Oranges, and Lemons, removed the fruit inside and refilled the shell with our Gourmet Sorbetto. This uniquely appealing presentation is perfect as a centerpiece for your own creative garnish.   Our all natural sorbetto is fat free*, cholesterol and dairy free, and low calorie.   They are excellent as a light dessert alternative.   Fruit sizes and portions will vary slightly due to availability of fruit.
